Meet Beth Lewis
M.A., RP, CCEP (she/her)
ASSOCIATE THERAPIST
“ I understand that the client/therapist relationship is the primary catalyst for change.”
Beth is currently accepting new clients with no wait times and has daytime and evening openings available.
I support clients who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss as well as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, inner criticism, and other motherhood challenges.
As a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of Ontario’s College of Registered Psychotherapists, I bring a diverse range of experience and excitement to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Since 2019, I have served as a peer support volunteer with Sunnybrook’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network (PAIL). My commitment to this work reflects my deep belief in the importance of companioning other families through some of the most painful and lonely moments of their lives.
Before beginning my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, I completed training in Shalom Retreat Leadership and co-facilitated personal growth retreats in Canada and the USA. I also completed a four-year somatic practitioner program at the Institute of Core Energetics (CCEP).
As a result, I know how traumas are stored in our bodies from a very early age, and I can work with you to shift these energetic blocks so you can get back to fully living and loving.
As a passionate supporter of lifelong learning, I have plans to further my education in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I understand the importance of the client/therapist relationship as the primary catalyst for change. That’s why I endeavour to bring compassion, curiosity, and gentleness, to foster a caring and respectful therapeutic relationship.
I will hold a safe space for you to explore and deal with what has been hurting you. I will collaborate with you to develop a therapeutic approach that best meets your needs.
Beth is currently accepting new clients and has daytime and evening openings available.
