“Our bodies hold the key to our deepest healing.”

Imagine a space where your pain is heard, your experiences are validated, and your path to healing is gently illuminated. This is the environment I strive to create as a Registered Psychotherapist and member of Ontario's College of Registered Psychotherapists.

My journey into the world of healing was ignited through my lonely and painful experiences of pregnancy and infant loss. Since 2019, I've volunteered with the Sunnybrook Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network (PAIL), walking alongside other families during their darkest hours. In these moments of profound grief, I discovered the power of presence - of simply being there, offering a compassionate ear and a steady hand to those navigating unimaginable loss.

My life experiences ignited a passion within me to delve deeper into the art and science of healing. I embarked on a rich educational journey, completing training in Retreat Leadership and co-facilitating personal growth retreats across Canada and the USA. These experiences taught me the value of creating safe spaces for transformation, healing and self-discovery.

But it was during my four-year somatic practitioner program at the Institute of Core Energetics that I uncovered a profound truth: our bodies hold the key to our deepest healing. I learned how traumas, even those from our earliest years, leave their imprint not just on our minds, but on our physical selves. This understanding has become a cornerstone of my practice, allowing me to guide clients towards releasing these energetic blocks and rediscovering the joy of fully living and loving.

My thirst for knowledge continues to drive me. I continue to further my education in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Each new learning adventure equips me with more tools to support your unique healing journey.

At the heart of my practice is a deep appreciation for the power of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that change happens within the context of a caring, respectful connection. That's why I bring compassion, curiosity, and gentleness to each session, creating a safe haven where you can explore what's been hurting you.

Together, we'll collaborate to develop an approach that resonates with your needs and goals. Whether you're grappling with loss, seeking to understand yourself better, or longing to live more fully, I'm here to walk alongside you on your path to healing.

Are you ready to begin this journey of transformation? Let's take that first step together.
