As a Care Coordinator, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support. In this role, I have the privilege of being one of the first people many of our clients speak within this chapter of their therapeutic journey. I also get to support a great team and help them find ways to make their work a bit lighter from the administration side.
One misconception I often see in society is that you have to have trauma or experience tremendous hardship in order to need therapy. Change and growth through therapy can occur in both the hardest and "easiest" times of our lives.
My role at Cherry Tree is to make sure you are supported in the best way possible with the compassion, strategies, and personalized resources you need to maintain your ongoing mental health and wellness.
