Clinical Consultation
& Supervision Services
Who helps the helpers? Therapists need therapists too.
To thrive in this work, we need to have diligent self-care, strong relationships and trusted sources of consistent support.
We need to share the joys, sorrows and surprises of all that we witness with our colleagues who have been there. We need to lean on each other when the work is heavy and to know we are still connected, even when working independently. This is how we practice in healthy and sustainable ways.
Our Clinical Supervision
and Consultation Team
All of our Clinical Supervisors* meet the criteria for clinical supervision as defined by the CRPO. Please ensure you are informed about supervision requirements by reviewing the CRPO’s Supervision Tool, Supervision Criteria, and Supervision Records Checklist.
Please apply below to work with us.
EXTERNAL SUPERVISION: If you are a student or practicum host seeking external supervision for your placement site, we urge you to carefully review your College and academic institution’s policies and regulations on outsourcing supervision. We do not provide external supervision for placement sites. Many practicum sites do provide internal supervision at no additional cost to the student.

It's a space where you can learn, explore, ask questions, take measured risks, and foster collaborative connections. Our intention is to cultivate a diverse and welcoming learning environment that embraces authenticity and offers a platform to share your successes and struggles. Here, vulnerability is not just accepted; it’s encouraged, respected and valued.

Imagine leaving a supervision session feeling completely seen, heard and deeply connected to the women in attendance. As women and as therapists, we instinctively know how to nourish one another. This group offers you a unique opportunity to develop and refine your therapist identity, grow your clinical skills, embrace your vulnerability, celebrate your unique femininity and womanhood and find community. Together, we will celebrate and share our successes and wins in the work as well as find support for our toughest cases.
In this group, we will acknowledge and challenge patriarchal norms, assumptions and oppressive systems that keep us feeling small and inadequate. We will come together to help, care for and support one another and understand how we can take care of ourselves in this work, replenish, restore and protect ourselves against burnout. This group is a place for gentle, collective empowerment and a place to feel alive, seen and valued. All women-identifying therapists are welcome to apply.

Join our supervision group for therapists dedicated to building an ethical, sustainable, and environmentally conscious practice rooted in nature-based therapy principles. We believe in decolonizing therapeutic approaches and fostering equity within our work. By integrating ecotherapy principles, we aim to cultivate a deeper connection to the natural world while honouring diverse perspectives and promoting social justice. Together, we'll explore how to implement sustainable practices in our therapy sessions, minimizing our environmental footprint and maximizing our positive impact on the planet.
We invite you to join our sacred circle of reflective supervision, where therapists come together to honour the deep interconnectedness between ourselves, our clients, and the natural world. This group is rooted in the ancient wisdom of land-based healing and the modern understanding of ecotherapy, creating a unique space for professional growth and personal nurturing.
Our circle is guided by two experienced facilitators who embody the principles of gentle strength and nurturing leadership. We create a container that is simultaneously grounding and uplifting, where vulnerability is met with compassion, and growth is celebrated with joy.
“ Therapists are never ‘done’ with growth; they are simply people who should be dedicated to learning as much about themselves and others as they possible can. The best therapists are fully human and engage in the struggles of life. Our own failures help us to remain open to the struggles of others; our personal victories give us the optimism and courage to inspire those struggling with their lives. ”
