ONLINE TRAINING COURSE FOR THERAPISTS AND CLINICS

Enhanced Walk and Talk Therapy

How to integrate a walk and talk program into your practice.

Time in nature heals, soothes, restores and improves our health.

Walk and Talk Therapy is one form of ecotherapy. Across North America, physicians are increasingly prescribing eco-therapy and time in nature as an evidence-based, clinical treatment for stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD and grief. In Canada, patients are even being offered free passes to National Parks when prescribed by their primary care physician.

With an increased focus and understanding on the benefits of time in nature, now is the perfect time to learn how to be an effective Walk and Talk therapist.

From start to finish, this training will provide you with everything you need to create, build, and launch your own ‘Walk and Talk’ Therapy Program.

All lessons are asynchronous and self-paced, designed to fit into your busy schedule. You will get on-demand access to this course for 6 months from purchase date.
