Caregivers Corner: 4-week virtual psycho-educational group for self-identified caregivers
Caregivers can learn to better attend to their needs to help prevent burnout, chase their personal goals, and still continue to support their loved one(s). That isn't easy, so we do this work together!
Led by Marielle and Carol from Aligned in Kindness, this group is for self-identified caregivers. We seek to create a safe and supportive weekly community where we can connect, reflect and reset intentionally. Caregivers Corner offers mindfulness and gentle movement practices for stress reduction, psycho-education for skill building in self-compassion & values-based action work, and peer support to soften the caregiving experience.
Consideration for curious participants: This is not an educational group for skills on how to caregive. We know you know how to do this! This is a group for you to discover that you are not alone in the caregiver experience, and you have permission to put your needs first and/or learn how to in this group!
