- THICH NHAT HANH
I'm Lauren and I believe mental health is a continuum, acknowledging that life's challenges affect us all. Let's navigate these challenges together on your unique journey to wellness.
My practice is rooted in values that prioritize your autonomy and create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. I deeply care about your well-being, and I'm committed to providing genuine support. I embrace you just as you are and hold space for you to share freely, fostering an atmosphere of trust.
With almost two decades of experience teaching yoga and meditation, I understand how emotional pain resides in the body. As a mother who has faced various challenges, including fertility struggles and postpartum difficulties, I bring genuine empathy to our sessions. Together, we'll explore your path forward, embracing life's complexities.
My primary approach, Existential Humanistic, allows us to delve into the profound reflections on life, death, and meaning. While I work with adults of all ages, I've found resonance with middle-aged women and seniors, especially those navigating the unique struggles of motherhood.
Beyond individual sessions, I co-facilitate online group meditation, fostering a community that transcends geographical boundaries. I also serve as the Community and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator at Distress Centre Halton (serving Hamilton), where I passionately design engaging events to connect with and support our community.
Embark on your journey with me, and let's explore the depths of self-discovery, resilience, and well-being together.
