“Emotional dependency is not immature or pathological, it is our greatest strength.”

- DR. SUE JOHNSON

Hey there. I'm Victoria Kim, a therapist who believes in creating gentle, supportive spaces for healing.

After years of working with individuals, couples, and families, I've learned that therapy is about understanding your unique journey. I focus on supporting people through depression, relationship challenges, anxiety, and those persistent patterns that feel hard to shift.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative: We'll work together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you, using strategies that genuinely resonate with your life. No pressure, no complicated expectations - just honest, kind conversations and thoughtful support.

Whether you're navigating family conflicts, wrestling with people-pleasing tendencies, or feeling stuck in emotional cycles, I'm here to walk alongside you. My background in research at the Hospital for Sick Children has deepened my understanding of how complex our experiences can be.

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and respected. I'm not here to have all the answers but to help you discover the incredible strength and resilience already within you.

Interested in exploring a supportive path forward? I'm here.
